SCCC prioritized planning and support for inclusive community events that are human focused such as human meet ups, fundraisers for local organizations, and social activities.
Where feasible, and interest supports, we also helo to organize dog related training events with the support of local trainers or by bringing over specialized trainers from the mainland to aid in providining access to specialty services and new opportunities for local dog owners.

Dog Daze of Summer
Dog Daze of Summer
The fundraiser will benefit Sunshine Coast Seniors and will include an agility course, dog obedience talk, grooming station, flea market, doggie photo booth, treats, live music, community booths, and more. Leashed dogs are welcome!
The event organizers are looking for people and local businesses in the dog community who may be interested in participating. This could include:
Hosting an information or community booth
Providing business cards or promotional materials for an information table
Offering a service, activity, or demonstration
Helping with one of the event components
Getting involved in another way that makes sense for you
Dial-A-Dog is hoping to make this a genuinely community-focused canine event where everyone is welcome and local dog-related businesses and organizations can connect with the community.
